Regents Take Steps Toward Projects

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State University/A and M Board of Regents has moved forward on projects on OSU campuses in Stillwater and Oklahoma City.

Regents selected JE Dunn of Oklahoma City to assist in design and construction of a parking garage on the Stillwater campus adjacent to the proposed new Performing Arts Center. Lippert Bros., Inc. of Oklahoma City was chosen to assist in the construction of a new classroom building for the Oklahoma County Cooperative Extension in Oklahoma City and the Tulsa architectural firm Dewberry will work on a new educational facility for the Allied Health programs at the OSU-OKC campus.

The garage project is estimated to cost $11 to $12 million, the cooperative extension project cost is estimated at $1.25 to $1.75 million and the health services building is estimated to cost $12 to $13.5 million.
