Emergency crews responded to a boating accident at Duck Creek on Grand Lake. A news release from the GRDA says one person was killed and a three more were taken to a hospital in Grove. A fifth person was treated and released at the scene.
There was a separate boating accident on Lake Hudson. It was near the Highway 82 Bridge and involved only one boat. The GRDA says one person was killed in that incident as well.
