The Tulsa Police Department released the dash-cam video of a wrong way driver on the Broken Arrow Expressway. This is the latest in a rash of wrong-way drivers in Green County. While no one was hurt in this incident, in others several people have been injured or killed.
29-year-old Matthew James, a Tulsa Dentist, was arrested last Thursday morning for DUI on the expressway. The video shows the officers pulling in front of James on the roadway and his arrest.
