The cold rain did not slow down Black Friday shoppers in the Tulsa metro. Shoppers were out in force with strategic plans to grab the best deals on holiday presents.
Many stores opened last night, so it was not as hectic as in the past, but it was still very business. Traffic was snarled around 71st and Woodland Hills and on the west side at Tulsa Hills. The 41st shopping corridor was also very busy. Traffic was also heavy around 21st and South Yale area.
