School Budgets Slashed Again

The State of Oklahoma is coming up short, yet again. That will mean more cuts ahead for Oklahoma education. 

The state says April payouts to public schools will be trimmed by over $17-million. The cuts will impact all districts across the state. Here is a list of what the cuts will look like for some bigger Tulsa County School District:

  • Tulsa Public Schools- $1.7 million
  • Broken Arrow- $904K
  • Bixby-$191K
  • Jenks-$432K
  • Owasso-$365K
  • Sand Springs-$299K
  • Skiatook-$136K
