Tulsa Police are still looking for clues into the death of 21 year-old Samantha Barlow. She was found shot to death on Thursday evening, in the parking lot of Woodland Hills Mall. She was found next to her car between the J.C. Penney’s store and the Cheesecake Factory.
While a gun was found nearby, police have not ruled the death a suicide. Mall video did not capture the incident.
Barlow was from McAlester, but worked weekends in Tulsa.
