Tulsa Police are holding 30-year-old Jermico Willis on a First Degree Murder complaint. The ex-con is accused of killing his girlfriend, 25-year-old Isesha Wallace, over the weekend.
When officers arrived on the scene, Willis told them she had committed suicide. Detective says Willis' statements did not match up to the crime scene.
