A 28-year-old Tulsa woman drowns in Spring Creek at the Smokey Valley Campground. The woman was walking in about two feet of water when she slipped and went under into deeper water.
She was holding a toddler at the time. Others nearby rescued the child.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the woman as 28-year-old Enilda Fuentes-Ramos.
