Friday's top stories:

• Tulsa's citywide mask mandate will expire at midnight Friday evening. Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum says the Tulsa Health Department advised him it's no longer necessary given current COVID-19 infection and hospitalization trends.

• The Oklahoma legislature has sent a bill to Gov. Kevin Stitt's desk that would ban schools from requiring gender and diversity training and from teaching critical race theory.
