Tulsa, OK – A hearing will resume next Thursday as to whether self-confessed rapist Douglas Polk will be allowed to recant his guilty plea to raping young girls.
Among the cases he is accused of involved a five-year-old Broken Arrow girl who sexually assaulted and left abandon along a rural road.
Polk was sentenced to six life terms last month. After the sentence was handed down, he announced he wanted to change his plea.
