Tulsa Police say a three-month old baby boy has died of injuries suffered in what they are calling child abuse. The boy was taken to the hospital on Thursday. The boy's mother says he fell off furniture. Hospital officials called police when the mother's story was not consistent with the injuries.
The Police have arrested the child's mother, Ashley Ledbetter. She is being held in the Tulsa County jail.
