Suspect in McLain shooting to appear in court

The 16-year-old responsible for killing one person and injuring three others at a shooting at McLain's homecoming game is scheduled to appear in court for the second time on Monday.

Ni’Avien Golden faces charges of first-degree murder and three counts of shooting with the intent to kill.

Officials said Golden will be charged as an adult for the shooting.
