Tulsa, OK – Oral Roberts University is trimming its staff. The latest round of cuts at the university were announced today and will impact about 50 employees.
In a news release University President Mark Rutland called the cuts " necessary to continue this road to economic vitality." No faculty positions will be lost.
A news release from the University referred to the cuts as "rightsizing". The employees will be given 60-days severance.
Last fall ORU laid-off over 120-workers.
