What goes up must come down, even gasoline prices. The price at the pump in Tulsa is tumbling.
Regular unleaded in Tulsa has dropped nearly 20-cents per gallon in the last week. The AAA-Auto Club of Oklahoma’s Chuck Mai is not surprised. He says there are several reasons why.
“First and foremost”, Mai says “there is nothing on the world stage right now to force the price higher.” He says refineries have switched to the cheaper to produce winter blends of gasoline and October is usually a low demand month
In Tulsa, the price of regular unleaded has dropped to $3.22 per gallon at most stations.
