Father, Son Arrested in Missing Area Woman Case

MANNFORD, Okla. (AP) — A Tulsa man has been arrested on a murder complaint in the disappearance of his girlfriend more than two years ago and the man's father was arrested as an accessory.

Court documents show 49-year-old James Alexander was arrested Friday on a first-degree murder complaint in the disappearance of 38-year-old Tina Brashear in 2011. Brashear's body has not been found.

The documents also show that 84-year-old Jack Alexander of Tulsa was arrested as an accessory after the fact.

The documents do not list an attorney for either man. Both are being held in the Creek County Jail.

Court documents say a tip from a family friend led investigators to arrest the Alexanders.
