PERRY, Okla. (AP) — The U.S. Geological Survey has recorded three small earthquakes near Perry in northern Oklahoma — including one measured at magnitude 4.0.
The Noble County Sheriff's Office says there are no reports of injury or damage.
The U.S.G.S. reports that a 4.0 magnitude quake was recorded at 5:08 a.m. Saturday; a magnitude 3.0 quake was recorded at 2:57 p.m. and a magnitude 3.5 temblor was recorded a minute later at 2:58 p.m.
The area is about 60 miles northeast of Oklahoma City.
Another quake of magnitude 2.9 was recorded at 5:58 a.m. about 30 miles northwest of Enid.
