Bush and Community Service

NPR's Pam Fessler looks at the debate surrounding President Bush's plan to allocate federal funds to community service organizations. Because of the religious nature of many of these organizations, some people are concerned that President Bush's proposal might violate constitutional provisions for the separation between church and state.
