Tulsa Area All-Lutheran Presentation of Handel's Messiah

For the 100th time, the combined chorus of the Lutheran churches in the Tulsa area will present the Christmas portion of The Messiah written by George Frideric Handel. The presentations will be on Sunday, December 11 at 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 400 N Aspen Ave in Broken Arrow.

A chorus of approximately 80 singers and soloist and 21 instrumentalists from fourteen Lutheran Churches in Northeast Oklahoma will participate. Participants come from as far away as Stillwater and include participation of churches from both the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), the two largest Lutheran bodies in the USA.
