The Tulsa Police Department’s Financial Crimes Unit educates local businesses this week about financial crimes. TPD Officer Leland Ashley says detectives will make businesses aware of warning signs that a customer or employee might be about to commit a fraud.
Ashley says the TPD is thinking of ways to present better information to the district attorney’s office for the filing of charges.
