HODGEN, Okla. (AP) — Authorities have found an inmate who escaped from a prison in eastern Oklahoma.
Inmate Mark Bennett was reported missing from Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Facility around 9 a.m. Friday. He was located some nine hours later and taken back into custody.
Prison officials say Bennett began serving a 10-year prison sentence in August for possession of cocaine, attempting to elude and destruction of property.
