Passenger counts are up at the Tulsa International Airport and have been all year. The airport's marketing director Alexis Higgins says passenger counts have been steadily climbing since Christmas of last year.
Most of the increase is coming in business travelers and not so much in leisure or vacation travel. The increase has been around 2% over the last seven months.
Higgins says the increases are important because they can use the stats to keep and attract other flights too and from Tulsa.
