New Miss Oklahoma Georgia Frazier is Crowned

Miss Oklahoma Pageant

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Georgia Frazier of Tulsa has been named Miss Oklahoma.

Pageant official Mollie Collins says Frazier, competing as Miss Ada, was crowned in Tulsa on Saturday night.

Frazier is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and is employed as a marketing director for celebrity attractions.

Frazier's pageant winnings include a $16,000 scholarship and a new Audi. She also will compete in the Miss America pageant in Atlantic City.

First runner-up was Miss Edmond LibertyFest, Sarah Klein. Ali Brooks, competing as Miss Northwest Passage, was second runner-up. Ashten Vincent, Miss Frontier Country, was third runner-up. Julia Benbrook, competing as Miss Brookside, was fourth runner-up.

Forty-seven contestants competed throughout the week in categories including swimsuits, evening wear, talents and interviews.

Frazier was first runner-up last year. She succeeds Alexandra Eppler, Miss Oklahoma 2014.
