HENRYETTA, Okla. (AP) _ A pregnant Henryetta woman has died after the vehicle she was driving rolled several times.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 25-year-old Amberly Barrett died Sunday morning in Okmulgee County. Troopers said Barrett was traveling on a county road when she overcorrected and left the roadway. Authorities say the car rolled several times and Barrett, who was 24 weeks pregnant, was ejected.
Barrett was transported to Hillcrest Hospital, where she was pronounced dead and her baby was delivered. The child died about an hour later.
Troopers said a 5-year-old boy was also injured in the crash, and was treated and released from the hospital.
