Those new high-tech parking meters, recently installed in the Brady District are now bagged. The City of Tulsa has decided to stop its trial period with meters.
The city's Michelle Allen says signage, explaining how to operate the new meters, needs to be installed to avoid customer confusion. She tells KWGS, the city sign shop has a heavy work load and is running behind schedule. She says signs will be up later this month.
Until the signs are installed, parking will be free. However, the two hour limit still applies.
