Tulsa is playing host to a unique conference this week. 80 chefs from food banks, all across the country, are here for the 2016 Community Kitchen Conference.
Tulsa Food Bank Chef Jeff Marlow says they will learn skills to pass on to food bank participants in their communities.
Chef Marlow says there is also a lot of interest in the two mobile food stores Tulsa takes into food desert areas. He says Tulsa is one of the few food banks to have such an outreach into the community.
