The help wanted sign is going up at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Long-time Tulsa area Commissioner Pete Regan announced today he is leaving the transportation commission.
Regan told fellow commissioners and the staff that his personal workload is making it increasingly difficult for him to attend the meetings in Oklahoma City. He has served on the O-Dot commission for over a decade.
He thanked the O-Dot staff for their dedication. It will be up to the Governor to name a replacement.
