Corps and Drummond Ranch At Odds Over Trees

The federal government is blaming the sprawling Drummond Ranch in Osage County for killing trees on Army Corps of Engineers property.  

The federal lawsuit claims a herbicide, used by the ranch,  killed the  tress at Skiatook and Birch Lakes.  The lakes are managed by the Corps. It claims it lost 40,000 tress  do to the ranch's action.
