A Houston-based vendor is recalling select salads, wraps and salad bar trays sole through Whole Foods markets in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

In a statement Wedneday, GHSW LLC said it had decided on a recall over concerns that product labels failed to declare soy as a sub-ingredient of the mayonnaise used in the products. Consumers allergic to soy face the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they ate the products. However, no illnesses or injuries have been reported.

The products were sold at two Whole Foods Markets 365 in Texas and at Whole Foods Markets in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The products include two varieties of crudite bowls sold at Whole Foods Markets under its own brand, one with asparagus and bell peppers, the other with jicama and mini peppers. They also include store-branded classic potato salad, classic tuna salad wrap, smoked mozzarella pasta salad, traditional egg salad yellowfin tuna salad and broccoli crunch sold at Whole Foods Markets 365 in Houston and Cedar Park, Texas.
