A Texas man is dead after his car runs off Highway 412 near Chouteau in Mayes County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports 34-year-old David Reyes of Houston was killed when the can ran down a ravine and landed on some railroad tracks.
He was ejected from the vehicle.
