The morning drive in Tulsa was more of a nightmare for commuters. Heavy rain snarled the a.m. drive as did numerous wrecks. Police went to Operation Slick Streets and only responded to injury crashes.
Lightning flashed knocked out power as well. That caused problems with traffic signals scattered across the city.
