The entrace to Tulsa's Mohawk Park and Zoo

The Tulsa Zoo will hold its Halloween themed event later this month, beckoning trick-or-treaters and their parents to attend. Among a total of 3 tons of candy to hand out, the event also promises different areas to play in, sponsored by local and national companies. These include Burger King’s Royal Castle attraction and QuikTrip’s Pirate Island.

The zoo’s supply of candy is made with the eco-friendly palm oil, and guests are encouraged to bring their own goodie bags from home in order to reduce waste.

The event begins on October 26th and ends on the 31st. Tickets are $9 and available at the gate on days leading up to the event or on the zoo’s website.
