Eight teenagers have different reasons for attending summer camp for spiritual growth - but they quickly find themselves confronting each other and the nature of their beliefs.
Ronnie, an unsure girl escaping from a stressful home life, finds herself drawn to Gryffin, who promises to show her a world she didn’t know existed and awaken her inner power. But she’ll have to contend with Lizzy, Gryffin’s girlfriend who isn’t ready to share her true love’s attention - or to let Ronnie learn his biggest secret.
As the campers are guided through exercises and rituals designed to help them crystallize their beliefs, opinions begin to clash and lead to dangerous rifts and revelations. The potent cocktail of no parents, no cell phones, and a brand new world of ideas creates an environment ripe for manipulation, betrayal, and hurt. No one will emerge unscathed as Ronnie and the other campers attempt to control the uncertain magic of their transformation and discover what the truth is - and who’s telling it.
