50-year-old Vicki Smith was booked in the Tulsa Jail and then released on $1,000 bond.

Tulsa, OK – The former principal at Houston Elementary in Tulsa is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. 50-year-old Vicki Smith is accused of orchestrating a fight between two students in the hallway at the north side school.

The police report says Smith pulled one boy out of a classroom to fight another child last April 2nd. The report states Smith did not intervene until she noticed visitors in the school hallway.

Smith has been suspended with pay. She has been an employee of the Tulsa Public Schools since 1981.
