Oklahoma City, OK – As 2010 winds down, the number of homes being foreclosed in Oklahoma ramps up. Foreclosures are up 15-percent over last year.
The head of the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association is Doyle Providence. He attributes the increase to lenders being more aggressive in solving delinquencies.
He says a foreclosed home in your neighborhood should have little impact on your property value . However several homes in disrepair will impact your home's value.
