Sapulpa, OK – The First Baptist Church at Sapulpa was filled yesterday afternoon as Oklahomans paid their respects to Sergeant Kirk Owens. The Oklahoma National Guard member was killed in Afghanistan earlier this month.
Outside the church was the Oklahoma Patriot Riders Motorcycle group. The bikers escorted the hearse to the cemetery a few miles south of Sapulpa on Alternative Highway 75.
