Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) A national study released yesterday says Tulsa and Oklahoma City are among the worst cities in the nation for the number of structurally deficient bridges. A report by Transportation for America says nearly 28 percent of Tulsa's bridges need repair.
