The judge enters a not-guilty plea for Tulsa Good Friday shooting suspects Alvin Watts and Jacob England. Both men took part in a video arraignment this morning from the Tulsa County Jail. There was no change in their bond.

Both are accused of taking part in a shooting spree that left three people dead and two more injured. A preliminary hearing is set for May 30th before Judge Kurt Glassco.

Prosecutor Doug Drummond says there has been no decision on whether the District Attorney’s office will seek the death penalty.

The judge appointed public defender Pete Silva to represent Watts, while attorney Clark Brewster will represent England.
