MEDFORD, Okla. (AP) — Authorities say two people were killed in Grant County when an SUV crashed into their motorcycle on Memorial Day.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened Monday night on Oklahoma Highway 11 near Medford. Authorities say a man was driving east on the highway and tried to turn onto County Road 910.
Authorities say the driver did not see an oncoming motorcycle and crashed into it. Killed in the collision were 60-year-old Craig Beavers and 49-year-old Leisa Beavers. Both were from Alva.
The three people in the SUV were not injured.
