You have a chance to pick-up some property at a greatly reduced price. Tulsa County Treasurer Dennis Semler has scheduled a delinquent tax sale for Monday.
He says the properties all have delinquent taxes from 2008. At the time of our interview, over 700-properties were listed. Semler expects that number to drop, however, as people come in at the last minute to avoid the sale.
The sale is Monday morning at nine at the Convention Center.
