TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Brandin Byrd ran 26 times for 251 yards and three touchdowns on Saturday to lead North Texas over Tulsa 42-10. Tulsa scored first when Mitchell Osborne forced a fumble and Will Barrow recovered and returned it 97 yards for a 7-0 lead. Trey Watts rushed 13 times for 75 yards to lead Tulsa's mostly ineffective offense at home.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Keifer Sykes scored 25 points and dished out nine assists as Green Bay beat Tulsa 67-59 in the third-place game at the Great Alaska Shootout Saturday night. Rashad Smith scored 10 first-half points as Tulsa jumped out to a 29-26 lead at the break in Anchorage. Smith finished with 15 points and 12 rebounds for Tulsa.

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State wrestling team travels to Norman to take on Oklahoma in Bedlam wrestling. The Cowboys and Sooners will meet starting at 2 p.m. today. One of the top matches is expected to be at 174 pounds between defending national champion Chris Perry of OSU and Andrew Howe of OU. Oklahoma has not defeated OSU since 2008 with the Cowboys going 9-0-1 in the past 10 matches.
