Tulsa Police have arrested a 41-year-old teacher from the Throeau Demostration School in Tulsa. Brian Drabek was arrested late yesterday afternoon and accused of Lewd Molestation.
Drabek is suspected of sending texts and inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl. The incidents apparently took place at Drabek's home.
The school's principal sent a message to parents:
"I wanted to make you aware of a situation that occurred today, so you are not caught off guard if you hear about it o nthe news. This afternoon, Brian Drabek, a 6th grade teacher at Thoreau Demonstration Academy, was arrested by the police on charges of sexual assault. "An investigation is currently underway. At this time we are unable to provide additional details. Mr. Drabek has been placed on paid suspension until further notice.
