Oklahoma Highway Patrol Seeking Recruits

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is recruiting applicants for the 63rd OHP Academy that's tentatively scheduled to begin in January.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen at least 21 years old, but no older than 45 at the start of the academy, and pass a background check.

Applicants must have an associate's degree or a minimum of 62 college credit hours from an accredited college or university; or have a combination of 32 college credit hours plus three years active or reserve U.S. military service; or 32 college credit hours with an honorable discharge from any active or reserve U.S. military branch before the academy starts.

Applications will be accepted until June 30th and are accepted online at www.jointheohp.com.
