OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Republican U.S. Representative Markwayne Mullin says he plans to take part in a foreign policy trip to Israel.
Mullin announced in a news release Saturday that he will leave next week and spend seven days in Israel.
Mullin called Israel the strongest U.S. ally in the region and said he wants to learn about the relationship between the United States and Israel and about Israel's national security and the political and economic trends in the region and how they related to the proposed nuclear agreement with Iran.
