Simon Properties makes official what has been rumored for months. Its new outlet mall will not be built on Turkey Mountain but rather in Jenks.
This project will be built along the south side of Creek Turnpike just west of the Arkansas River in Jenks’s River District. The first phase of the development will be approximately 325,000 square feet and feature 80 to 90 stores offering name brands. Construction in Jenks is scheduled to start in spring 2016 with an opening in summer 2017.
