Water Flowing from Keystone

The dam at Lake Keystone

The dam at Lake Keystone

Is it a Christmas Miracle?

Not Really. But if you travel across the Arkansas River in Tulsa County you'll notice the river is nearly bank full.

Recent heavy rains have filled Keystone Lake and with more rain in the forecast, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is releasing water from Keystone Dam. The water is flowing at 20,000 cubic feet per second.

Releases from the dam at this rate is unusual this time of year.
