MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Deshaun Watson ran for one touchdown, passed for another and accounted for 332 yards to lead top-ranked Clemson to a 37-17 victory over Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl on Thursday night. Clemson dominated the second half and shut down Oklahoma's prolific offense. The Sooners came into the game as favorites.

UNDATED (AP) — Alabama is going to play for its fourth national championship in the past seven seasons after winning the Cotton Bowl 38-0 over Michigan State in the College Football Playoff semifinal. The Crimson Tide were all business in their second trip this season to AT&T Stadium. They started this season with a 35-17 win against Wisconsin on September 5th.

UNDATED (AP) — There are some good matchups in today's five bowl games. For example, in the Fiesta Bowl it'll be Ohio State against Notre Dame while in the Rose Bowl Stanford is playing Iowa. In the final game of the night, the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, Oklahoma State is squaring off with Mississippi.
