SLICK, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa police say a second suspect in the December shooting death of a man outside a Tulsa hotel has been arrested.
Sergeant Dave Walker says 32-year-old Violet Cole was arrested Friday afternoon in the town of Slick by the Tulsa Police Fugitive Warrants Task Force and U.S. Marshall Service deputies. Slick is about 35 miles southwest of Tulsa.
Cole — who is also known as Tisha Renea Young — is jailed on a first-degree murder charge in addition to weapons and robbery charges. Court records do not list an attorney for her.
She was wanted for the December 5th shooting death of 25-year-old Jeromy Ingram, who was found dead inside a vehicle outside a hotel.
Police previously arrested 25-year-old Deandre Williams for murder in the shooting. Williams has pleaded not guilty.
