Woman Killed, 2 Children Injured in Caddo County Crash

ANADARKO, Okla. (AP) — A Carnegie woman was killed and two children were critically injured in a head-on collision in Caddo County.

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol report says 49-year-old A-tha-mah Mary Lee Naunai died in the crash at about 6:45 p.m. Thursday. A 6-year-old boy and a 7-year-old boy who were passengers in Naunai's sport utility vehicle were flown to an Oklahoma City hospital in critical condition.

The report says Naunai was westbound on Highway 9 near Anadarko when an eastbound pickup truck crossed the centerline and the two collided head-on. The driver of the pickup refused medical treatment at the scene.

The report says the weather was clear and the road was dry at the time of the crash.
