Several people are hospitalized after an early Sunday morning incident at the Cytex Solvay plant in east Tulsa. The incident happened around 2 a.m. when the plant was evacuated.
A chemical reaction of some sort filled the facility with a hazy smoke. The plant is located near the Broken Arrow Expressway at 129th East Avnue.
The company manufactures solar components, some of which are used in the Solar Impulse 2, which is in Tulsa.
