A Tulsa mother is in jail and her infant is in the hospital this Sunday. Police say 36-year-old Monique Bibbs mixed baby formula with apple-flavored vodka. The little girl consumed about half of her bottle full of the mixture. The child was admitted to the hospital with a .19 blood alcohol level.
Bibbs says it was a mistake. She told police she crabbed the wrong bottle from the fridge after a night of partying. She is being held on $50,000 bond on an endangerment to a child complaint.
